HI,
My son does not see what I see. although he is 12 years old to be 13 soon. He thinks everything is ok. This whole situation is more a mental situation than a physical one(well it is physical also).
Went to court and the judge said if I was so concerned to get DYFS involved and I did now supposedly both sons are very mad and want nothing to , thinking I am the bad guy.
My 19 year old called and I told him just about everything and why I was doing it. I told him I tried for him and the judge stopped me, because of lack of money I had no choice but to stop fighting for him.
Now it looks like her RICH cousins husband is going to foot the leagle bills for her again! aint that a peach.
I understand on the serface why he would do this, but he has no clue what the real issues are. He is just told part of the story and not the whole story.
Knowing she will get all her leagle bills paid for, she is going to ruin not only me, but my youngst son as well.
THIS REALLY STINKS!
Question:
What / how can I get my son to understand I am doing this for his own good?
How can I get this RICH man to see what I am doing and why?
Thanks
Chuck

First off,, you shouldnt be discussing any of this with the kids. All you do by that is set them up for having to choose one parent over the other.

As far as convincing HER family not to pay HER legal bills,, good luck LOL.

Convincing a judge that there is "mental" abuse,, is a long shot and WILL require you to sink significant monies into a therapist, professional  testimony and THEN, its a MAYBE.
