Hi, again Soc!
Got a couple of quick ones for you....here's the background: Bm has primary custody, hubby has visitation. Summer is split in half with hubby having visitation this first half of the summer with their daughter and bm having the second half. Sd is supposed to commence her half with bm at the end of this week.

1) If bm doesn't pick up sd for her half of the summer, would we be in contempt of court?

2) If she doesn't pick her up, what do we do?

Thank you!

No, you aren't in willful violation of the order, because the other parent is causing you to keep the child longer than the order instructs, therefore, no contempt.

I dunno. What do you want to do?
