Soc,
A while back you stated there was a form that should be filed when a parent has paid in full the arrearage that was due in a judgement.  I forgoit the name of that motion or declaration.

1.  Please readvise.

The judgment creditor (i.e., the person who was paid in full) should file a "Satisfacation of Judgment" with the court as evidence that the judgment was paid in full. If no satisfaction is filed, then the judgment creditor could conceivably be sued for negligence if the judgment debtor is damaged as the result of some third party being mislead into believing that the judgment was never paid.

Many courthouses, have satisfaction of judgment forms that you can fill out and file.
