I've been in contact with a radio documentary producer who is working
on a 4-part story for the BBC. It is on the unjust and biased family
court laws and procedures in 4 countries. This producer is covering
the United States.

She is looking for a man to interview who has been devastated by the
laws and procedures after a divorce. The thing is, the man's story
can not include a move-away, violence, drugs, a question of paternity,
or mental illness. If your story fits the bill please email me
privately and I'll put you in touch with her.

Thanks,
Teri

Given the strategies that attorneys tell BM's with false allegations....don't know if you'll find anyone that meets her criterias.

Well, that's going to be hard to find. Most men who have really been evasted have been either:
a) accusued of DV which cuts him out,
b) had his kids forcably taken from him by a move-away or
c) has a entally ill ex-wife who abuses the court.

I'd like to talk to a man who's life has been turned upside down with none of the above mentioned elements involved, too! :-)

Is there even a man whose story does NOT include a move-away, DV accusations or mental illness? Oh, yeah there is..MY ex, but since none of this occured, he wasn't devastated and neither were our children.

What a bunch of bologne! It is obvious that they do not want to do justice to the ordeal that us non custodial parents go through otherwise they would certainly include move aways. My life was really screwed up by a judge allowing a move away because he "could not violate my ex wifes constitutional rights" but he could certainly screw mine. Someone needs to tell the teri person that they NEED to rethink this and put some REAL people into this documentary! Might be well worth someones while to also mention the current class action lawsuit.
