DH just taken back to up the CS, which is fine, since it hasn't been evaluated in six years, and he's making considerably more money.  Ex is too, though.

Ex never informed authorities (according to PA law) or DH of employment change.  DH got to hearing, officer counted all overtime (even though not mandatory) and wanted to include travel expense reimbursement for three weeks of training as rountine monthly income.

DH asked for copy of ex's paystub for employer information, and was told he had no right to have that information, as it is "confidential".  Ex was flipping out -- did not want DH to know where she works.

DH then showed hearing officer relevant law stating NCP has primary responsibility to provide med ins.  His current cost is -- get this -- $ 8.00 a month to cover the child.  Ex is spending $ 80+ biweekly.  Officer told DH that the law is subject to interpretation and ordered DH to pay portions of ex's premiums.

Ex wasn't really smart about this -- she should have pushed for DH's insurance only.  She is now required as primary coverage to provide DH with coverage card & benefit booklet -- all of which will have employer's name as group name.  Guess we'll get that employer's name after all....

Sounds like the system worked the way it's supposed to.

You don't have the right to ex's information such as address, employment, etc, unless the divorce decree specifically requires it.

OTOH, there's nothing to stop you from getting that information by other means.
