how do I start mediation process?

How do I start the mediation process? she probably won't like to come to it.

Anyone know a mediator that is actually not biaised and not to expensive ?

Hi Spinner!

You can call the court house and ask the court admin to send you a list of qualified mediators.  Or you can open up the back of the phone book to the yellow pages under attoneys and start looking for ads that say they do mediation.  You will find something there.  I would call a few though, they range from 50.00 an hour to 175.00 an hour (which I am currently getting hosed for at the moment because it was court appointed...don't let it get that far)
