In Ohio, can CS put a lien on our house because my husband is in arrears even if both our names are on the mortgage?

We have a court date next week, if I can avoid this anyway, anything would be helpful

Unfortunately, they can.  Best thing to do would be to try to get the house in a trust or solely in your name as soon as possible.

But the CSEA can put the lein on the house even if your name is on it.  If you have joint checking accounts they cant ake money out of that too!  Be careful. I don't know if you can do much this late in the game.  But you should get evrything "seperated".  Let nothing be in his name, even if it's joint, unless it has to be!  Checking/savings accounts, investment account, houses, cars.
