looking for letter template

Hi,
My divorce decret state that it's up to each other to arange kids pickup.
I am now living with girl friend for over 1 year.
I would like to have her pick up my kid since it's close to her work but I am anticipating that bm ex will put a fit so I am looking for a letter type to Ex to tell her GF will pick up kids and another letter type for GF to keep in her car in case police is called that would show that I give her all power for medical and all

You can use this, and attach a letter stating that you're designating your GF to pick up the child.
