If you can have an order that states "CP will determine dates, not to be less than one time per month, or whatever" that gives you much more leeway and she can't come after you with contempt charges if you offer and it doesn't work out for her.  However, if it is specific, and SHE doesn't comply, make sure it is documented it was her fault, and make sure you hold up your end or youwill be in contempt.  See what I mean?

However, being specific on who pays, who travels, etc, is a great idea too.
