HELLO MY NAME ID ROBERT  I WENT TO COURT TODAY MY EX WANTS TO MOVE OUT OF STATE WITH MY DAUGHTER  I DIDNT HAVE AN ATTORNEY SO HE GRANTED HER THE MOVE TILL WE SEE A MEDIATOR ON MAY 10 I GO BACK TO COURT MAY 17  MY EX.S NEW HUSBAND IS ABBUSIVE AND HAS A TEMPER I BROUGHT THAT UP IN COURT BUT THE JUDGE PAID NO ATTENTION TO ME HES A PAROLEEOUT FOR DRUGS THIS TIME MY DAUGHTER IS ONLY 2 1/2 AND IS SCARED OF THIS MAN I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY DAUGHTER AND MY EX DOESNT WANT TO GIVE ME REASONABLE VISITATIONS WITH MY DAUGHTER I MONTH OUT OF 12 IS FAR FROM REASONABLE AND ITS NOT ALL AT ONCE IT 4 TIMES A YEAR AT A WEEK EACH TIME I HAVE MY DAUGHTER NOW EVERY WEEKEND AND A COUPLE HOURS FURING THE WEEK I CANT SEE GOING FROM THAT TO THIS  PLEASE I NEED HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

your post is a bit confusing,, was the move granted? Or is it pending mediation? What state? Moving how far away?

You NEED to get an attorney. I cannot stress how imperative that is for your case.
