Opinion anyone?

we are waiting for a phone call from the lawyer right now.  He was supposed to talk to GAL last night to get her to let us go ahead and petition the court for an Emergency change of custody for denial of visitation and for unstable environment do to ex  moving several times in last few weeks.  If GAL wont then we are petitioning the court for an order making ex bring SD for 3-4 week visitation.  We know the GAL will back us at least for an order demanding she bring SD for the visitation because SD's pediatrician and neurologist have both given us letters saying there is no reason she cannot travel.  We are waiting for somehting from her therapists who oddly enough yesterday when we called asking were more than willing to cooperate.  Gee...think maybe they dont want to get dragged to SC to testify???? Thats what happened with the Ped and Neuro.  When they were asked to give something that legally would hold up in court that SD couldnt travel they caved and said there was no reason she couldnt.   The GAL said two weeks ago she will do whatever it takes for us to at least get her in the state so that she can be evaluated and a decision made of what her condition really is.
Keep your fingers crossed.  I will definitely mention the MBP depending on what the outcome of the conference between the lawyer and the GAL last night.  You are right though, I did some research this morning and it sounds just like what ex is doing.
