My Ex has been lying about the amount of money she recieves from the state for our son.  She also lied while in court and told the judge that she was paying her mother $500 a month for child care.  Her mother has not taken care of him in a year and a half.  She is also refusing to pay half of our son's medical bills.  I pay for all of the insurance, so it is always in my name.  I recently found out that she has not paid any of the bills, and did not tell me there were outstanding bills.
I am now having to pay off thousands of dollars that have hit my credit.  She keeps telling me there is nothing I can do about it.  What do i do?  I can't barely afford to live now...

Write the doctor's offices under the Fair Credit Reporting Act that you are not the person who brought the child in for care, so all bills should be changed over into her name.

Write the credit bureau's too and ask them to verify any debts listed as YOURS since you didn't take your son.  They may wipe them off your report.

You may have to take the whole subject back to court if she's not paying half the bills like you said for enforcement.
