Modifying court ordered visitation

When my daughter was 6 months old, her father took me to court, demanding a standard visitation schedule with her.  He has a history of DWI arrests (3) and the judge didnt grant standard, Fri-Sun visitation.  The Judge gave him EVERY Saturday night.  The Judge also stated in our court order that while she is at his house NO ONE is allowed to consume alcohol.
13 months later, he hasnt kept her one time overnight.  He cancels visits, switched the days he watches her, is constantly late (with excuses like "I hid my keys from myself").  Last weekend, he didnt show up at all, and, after waiting 2hrs, we went on about our day.  He must have finally shown up, because he then emails me the next day, telling me he is switching the days AGAIN after 'what I did to him' to 'follow the court order', but still refuses to keep her over night until he marries his live in girfriend this summer.  At that time, he plans on forcing her into the standard visitation schedule which is Fri-Sun, and for 6 weeks THIS SUMMER.
(His first visit after switching the days AGAIN? Yeah, he sends me a text that he needs to bring her home early to 'go to a party.')
Now, I have tried my BEST to get along with him, to let him cancel visits, and be late, and NOT keep her overnight.  I have never with-held visitiation with our daughter, and the only visits I have had to cancel were after I had to take her to the doctor due to documented illness'. I have to see pictures all over FB of him out drinking at the clubs and bars EVERY WEEKEND.  But Im finally fed up with it.  And most importantly, his thinking that forcing our daughter into a standard schedule with him after hes had the opportunity to gradually get her used to and never did  IS NOT in the best interest of the baby.
Also, his soon to be wife just got her own DWI last month, which adds to my concern of their ability to truly be responsible for the baby, and that the alcohol use is STILL on-going.
I am going to fight this no matter what, and I am not fighting to remove him from her life at all, simply to modify the visitation.  I just wondered if anyone else had an experience simialr to mine.
thank you
