I need help from someone in Gary Indiana

Hi,  it's been quite awhile since I have been in here, my it has changed.  I located my daughter, in Gary Indiana, at least that's what her BM claims is where they live.  I need someone to help me confirm it.  Someone who is familiar with the city, and may be able to go to the house, and take a picture of my daughter.  Please if you can help, let me know, thank you.
