My divorce is not yet final but I will be moving in a couple of weeks.  I have searched for a form for the State of Washington (Spokane County) to provide the notification but have not been able to find any.  Can I just use the "Notice Of Attorney Change Of Address"?

I don't know. Point me to that form. You can probably use:

http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/documents/DRPSCU1_0320.DOC

And just change the title to "PRO SE NOTICE OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS"

Then say, "The undersigned hereby appears and requests that the court and all parties to the above-entitled case send future legal notices and process to the following change of address:"

(INSERT ADDRESS)

The remainder of the doc can stay the same.

Don't forget to file a cert of service that you served notice on the other party, or attorney, if they are represented.

Don't file anything with the court unless you actually begin moving. Your mail will be forwarded anyway, but no point in confusing the court if your plans change at the last second.
