I'm trying to find out if the new CS laws have been implemented yet? If so, where might I be able to view them?
Thank you

Ok, I've found the answer to my question. Yes, they are taking into consideration additional children the obligor is responsible for when calculating
child support
.
I kept hearing the change was to use the custodial parent's income as well as the non-custodial's when calculating support. Hmmm, guess I was wrong but I'll keep checking.;)
