Discovered an explicit text my wife sent to a co-worker.  When confronted, she admitted to fellatio and nothing further stating "it's not cheating if there is no intercourse." Lucky me, huh?  What a gal!  Anyway, her cell phone (the ones that I discovered the texts on) is under my name.  Can I use the texts as evidence to prove adultery?  As you can imagine, I just want to get out before I do something stupid.  Any advice?

Is your state an "at fault" state?

Otherwise....think twice....about what your real goal is.

If it's not reconciliation and fixing the marriate.....figure out an exit plan and start reading the articles here.  They're old but still great resources.

NC can be an "at fault" state but really all they care about is that you were separated the full 1 year before filing for divorce.  I had proof and witnesses.  The only benefit having that information was using it as leverage to get him to negotiate finances.  He didn't want me suing his mistress (my former friend, wife of his friend) for "alienation of affection".

The wonderful thing about tiggers is I'm the only one!
