My cs papers state that I am to pay cs until child reaches 191/2 years of age. It does not state that I can quit if child marries, joins armed forces, dies, becomes self supporting, etc. The child graduates (should) from high school in 19 months. Do I need to go back to court to clairfy this matter or can I just ask for it to be stopped at graduation? The cs is currently being collected from Ga state CSE.

If the child is otherwise emanicipated and your state allows for emancipation at an earlier age, you can go back and request emancipation of the adult child.

Otherwise, you pay until the 30th of the month that the child turns 19.5 years old. (if the kids turns 19.5 on the first of the month, you pay for the entire month).
