No. Normally you would pay Support Enforcement, and they would transfer the money to your ex. Do NOT pay her directly, as a court may not recognize the payments as being child support.

Yes, depending on the State the child is in and other situation-specific factors, you may be able to get your support reduced to a reasonable amount.

Normally, yes, daycare is an expense that sometimes is figured into the child support. Babysitters may or may not be, depending on the judge's whims.
