Car titles while owing back child support

I am a NCP and owe back child support.  The child support agency is taking out money each month for my back child support that I owe, as well as my current child support payments.  

The child support agency have already put a lien on mine and my wife's bank account.  Both names were on the account.

1.)  Was wondering if the child support agency was able to make me sale my car if I owned more than one car?

2.)  If my wifes name is on the title as well as my name can they either make me sale my car or take my car away from me for the back child support?

3.) What about if I was given a boat.  Can the child support agency take my boat away for my back child support that I owe?  

4.)  Will it matter if my wife's name is on the title with mine or would it be better to just put everything in my wife's name?

Possible.

If something is only in your wife's name, then the government won't know it's yours unless you tell them. So there would be nothing for the government to lien.

On the other hand, you may have already seen what happens when you put your trust in another person, if that's why you're paying support. So, by putting everything in your wife's name, you could repeat the same error and set yourself up for another beating from a different significant other.

My advice is to not marry a person who owes child support until he/she is free of the obligation. Otherwise, they risk a situation like yours.
