Surprise from vacation

When we got back from our vacation with the skids, we were greated with a notice from DCS.

Apparently they got ahold of BM and verified her address with her...and spoke to her.

They are going to serve her with another order of some kind...(they have 30 days from July 22nd to do that), and then she has 60 days to make monthly payments, with something towards arrears.  If she doesnt jail time.

I am SO glad almost 4 years after their divorce something is being done.

We spoke to DCS and they said they will come get her at child exchange since that seem's to be the only time they can verify when and where she will be, and if we could please arrange to have the kids out of the house.  They also reminded us it would be another 7 months before jail time happens... but still.

It is nice to see they enforce everyone.. not just against dads.

I honestly think her family will come up with her 600.00 a month in support. She doesnt want to go to jail and since they informed her verbally...hopefully she will understand if she doesnt take care of this, it is finally coming to 'that'.
