child support problem please read

I am selling a cane to raise money to hire an Attorney and Post a bond with the courts until this is all figure  out.  This is wrong and the CSED office needs to correct this issue.  I can't beleive that NM CSed HAS ALLOWED THE ABUSES IN THE SYSTEM.  wE ALL NEED TO START YELLING. ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFRENCE, BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE MAKE AN IMPACT.  sorry about the large letters my key board has a mind of it's own.

WE ALL NEED TO BAN TOGETHER.  WE HAVE BAD LAWS.  CSED SHOULD BE REGULATED LIKE A BANK. AND  CUSTODIAL PARENT THAT HAS BEEN OVER PAID SHOULD HAVE TO PAY THE NON CUSTODIAL PARENT BACK.
