update on Galluzzo case and HB232

I just got this email from Ray Lautenschlager, president of Akron PACE regarding the Galluzzo Case and HB 232


We are still waiting for the decision to come in from Merz in Dayton on Mike's case. Mike was going to give him a bit of a reminder that he told us we would have this decision and that we are looking for it.
 
Just sent a note to Rep.Young on HB232 because we are having some problems with the judges on this bill. They are basically trying to kill this bill by stalling on it until it dies in committee. I think my letter will rattle the cage on this.
 
Have not been able to get on SPARC lately due to new registration stuff and a general lack of time with my work schedule. Hope all is well with you and wish you and your family Happy Holidays.
 
Let all on boards and chat know I am still digging and fighting like h*** for them. I will get this done for every parent in the country.
