50 / 50 custody

I am the Daddy of my two year old son and I need help. I am wondering if any of you have any info on 50 / 50 custody? I mean like the one week on and one week off form of custody. His mother and I get along but I think she wants full custody. I believe that a child needs his mother and father to be in his / her life, especially the dad if it is a boy. I think I am a great father to my son. What are the chances I will be lucky enough to get this type of custody. I am keeping the house, she wants to move out. Also, everything we have is in my name and we are not married or engaged. My son also has my last name and I am always there for him. I have probably 20 character witnesses that will say I am a great father. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated. THANX.
