The woman accused of raping several teenage boys will plead an insanity defense. I ask you- would a male teacher accused of raping several teenage girls get to plead "insanity" as a defense?

TAMPA, Fla. -- Revealing photos taken by police as evidence in the case against a young woman teacher accused of having sex with a 14-year-old student will remain sealed, a judge ruled Tuesday.

Debra Lafave, 24, was arrested last year for allegedly having sex with the boy at her Hillsborough, Fla., home, a classroom and a car in Marion County, Fla.

Two Tampa TV stations were among those who made public-records requests for photos taken of Debra Lafave after her arrest last year in a case that made tabloid headlines around the world.

Police got a warrant and took six explicit photos of Lafave to compare descriptions the boy had given of her tan lines, tattoos and pubic hair.

Her attorney, John Fitzgibbons, argued in a hearing Tuesday that the photos should be kept out of the public eye -- and off the Internet, where there are already many lurid sites devoted to her. Prosecutors and Circuit Judge Wayne Timmerman agreed.

Lafave, 25, is charged with four felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery and one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition. Each carries a maximum 15-year prison term.

The boy told investigators the two had sex in a classroom at Greco Middle School in Temple Terrace near Tampa, her Riverview town house and once in a vehicle while his 15-year-old cousin drove them around Marion County.

Plea negotiations broke down over the summer because Fitzgibbons said prosecutors had insisted on prison time. A trial is set for Dec. 5, and Fitzgibbons has said he will argue that Lafave was legally insane. To be successful, he must prove that she didn't know right from wrong when she committed the crimes.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. She simply didn't know that raping children was "wrong".

In the end, it will be the boy's fault, and she's gonna get off with mandatory counseling.

Kent!

Whaddya bet Lynndie England gets off without any blame? Here's her defense:

------------------------------------------
FORT HOOD, Tex., Sept. 21 - The court-martial of Pfc. Lynndie R. England, accused of abusing Iraqi detainees in Abu Ghraib prison, opened Wednesday with her lawyer saying she became involved in the mistreatment because she had "an overly compliant personality" that "left her open to the suggestions of others."
------------------------------------------

See, it's all so simple:  The bad men made her do it! The bad men brainwasher her into doing bad things. That's why she was laughing and smiling in those prisoner abuse pictures! She was *forced* to abuse those prisoners by all those bad men around her.
