Does my daughter have to only be involved in the ones my x wife puts her in or can I put her in activites even though they may compete with hers and on my weekeneds and on my time take her to the ones I pay for? What about school documents like report cards, notes, picture day I get no notice or an opportunity to get any copies. I am a very active father and am doing all that I am supose to, my new wife has stopped talking to x wife and her family for several months and the x wife is taking me back to court for my new wife harassment? which dosent exsisit and for me not to cut her hair or call outside the hours of 7-8pm and basically so the mother gets to make all the choices and I run around gratefully just to see my daughter. This is co-parenting in Texas right... WRONG

What does your court order say? Most parenting plans will stippulate that no activities on the other parents time. If you chose to have her participate in activites on your time, your cost, not much mommy can say about it, unless the order says different.

As far as the school records.

There is no parenting plan... There is no statements about extra curriculars of yet, I can probably expect she is going to try to put some in there though to keep my wife and I from getting involved with activities not on our weekends.
I don't think she will get very far, but in texas it is a mothers state...
Do you have any examples of parenting plans?

In one of the parenting plans, there is one which has wording concerning extra curricular activites. Ask for more, and then you have some flexibily to the outcome.
