I wholeheartedly agree that parents who can afford to pay CS and consciously don't, should face consequences.

However:
1) I said PARENTS[/i], and not FATHERS.

2) From my understanding, debtor's prison is unconstitutional. And this is nothing but debtor's prison.

If they had gone after deadbeat parents, hey, no problem, as long as you stay within constitutional limits.
But they made a big media appearance stating they were only going after fathers. And THAT'S where I have a problem.
