false accusations of child molestation

I am currently on probation for child molestation, a crime that I did not do. My ex tried to get my own children to say I did things to them, but they wouldn't lie for her. So she convinced one of my children's friends to do her dirtywork. My attorney told me this was the easiest crime to report, but the toughest to fight. I did not realize just how one sided the system really is! Evidence that could have cleared me was ignored, including statements by the girls own sister who was present when these alleged crimes were committed! My own kids don't understand how this could have happened to me, and have given statements to various state agencies of how wonderful a father I am to them.
None of this mattered to the court! I was forced to endure 2 years of court hearings that were totally biased, I lost my house, went through all my money, only to have a plea bargain that my attorney told me there is no other way! I am amazed how many friends and associates have stood behind me during this tragedy in my life. I used to be biased about anyone convicted of these types of crimes, thinking that thorough investigations were done beyond a shadow of a doubt. NOT TRUE!!! All the court is interested in is  convictions, and justice takes a back seat. I have no previous criminal record, and I now realize that if something like this could happen to me, it could happen to anyone! I have to register with the police, and I am on the Megan's law website. I wonder just how many men on that website are really guilty, I know I'm not. I am hoping to find a good appeals attorney who will fight to clear my name, and maybe get a class action lawsuit to change the current laws so the truly guilty get punished, and those who file, pursue, and prosecute false allegations get punished just as severely as those who do these crimes.

It happens more than many think and it is sad.

This is a great place this man went thru it all.

Abuse-excuse.com.

I went to a seminar a few years back and he was a speaker at it and was great and eye opening.

Hi everyone, it's me again.  We're trying to find out how to find a good lawyer for an appeal.  Not to mention how much it's going to cost to get this overturned.  His sister has been working on this in her spare time, and we've been scouring our state's legal codes.  I'm going to keep on my family law attorney for a good criminal lawyer, but he's busy.

I'll keep the personal info about some of the things in his marriage to save him any embarassment.  His ex wife developed an addiction to methampetamine.  He kept taking her back in after her little "vacations".  When she got out of rehab, voila!  He's a child molester.  She wanted the house, and in order to get that house, she had to get custody of the kids.  Their kids showed no signs of molestation, and categorically denied the allegations.  His ex then talked a 13 yr old friend of the girls to lie.  This child's mother was the ex's dope buddy, and killed herself and another child in a car accident.  She was on a drug run.  This girl is now 18, and it would be nice if she would 'fess up, but I doubt it'll happen.

Bf spent 3 weeks in jail, while his family scraped together almost 18k to throw bail and get a lawyer.  When the money ran out, his weasel of an attorney told him to plead "no contest".  That child's grandmother changed their phone number, and they ignored orders to appear.

He did the road crew work to avoid having to sit in a cell.  This was about the time I met him.  He lived on the same property as my second oldest daughter.  He is disabled with spinal stenosis and fused disks.  That job damn near killed him.  He has a list of things that he can and cannot do, such as be alone with a minor female under the age of 18.  Everyone who has a child that he has contact with, must be aware of the charges.  He can't vote, or own firearms.  His probation officer cleared me through the DOJ/FBI, so he could see the kids away from the nutball.  Y'all will see how ironic this is when I post about what my ex has been up to.   Oh yeah, she moved around 2 hrs away after all this, and we all know how much gas costs.

My bf's sister got temporary custody of his 13 yr old, thanks to her mother's bf leaving bruises on her.  His sister has to cough up about 2k to keep her legally.  I don't even think his ex realizes that their divorce finally went through after 5 years.  The paperwork states that he gets custody, so it has to be enforced before she spools out of control.

He wants his middle girl to have all the opportunities her aunt and uncle can provide for her.    We are concerned with the oldest who is 17.  First, the nutball mother decides that the child is bi-polar.  With the colusion of a counselor, the girl is put on meds and mommy gets her social security checks.  Then she gets the girl a tattoo on her lower back(for her 17th birthday), and calls my bf from the tattoo parlor laughing at him.  I blew up when his kid calls and casually mentions that mommy drove her over to spend the night at her bf's apartment.  We aren't sure how old the bf is.  20 something is the best guesstimate.

His son and my baby are about one month apart, and he seems to be hanging in there for now.  I think he can get custody of him.

I feel your pain. I've never been accused of that, but have been falsely accused of a LOT of other things. Best of luck to you.

During my 1st consultation, The "I forgot what it's called" Act was read to me

by my lawyer and she told me that BM would probably be making allegations

some time and that this is common.

Anybody know what that "Act: is called?
