She's at it again.....

The miserable &!%#$ is emotionally torturing my DGD, every chance she gets. She is also hurting the boys at the same time. She has been showing up at the ball field for her games. She keeps telling her lies about the courts. The latest one is that when they go to court at the end of the month, she is getting custody of her.

gr8Dad had to get the papers out again & show her that there is no mention of custody & that it can not be discussed if it is not in the papers.

DGD told her brothers that she was glad that mom was making the games. DGS told her that she has not made any contact with them, even though the fields are across the street from each other & usually at least one of them is playing at the same time as she is.

Please pray for these kids. They are hurting so bad.

I think she needs to have an accident. The fatal kind. But failing that happening in the near future . . .

Since the kids are in therapy, is there any way the theripast will help getting a restraining order baring her from contacting the kids outside her supervised time. She is still supervised, right? She needs to be!

Hi Hagatha,

Good to hear from you. No, we never got Supervised. The $!tch judge wouldn't do it, remember. Well, that judge is gone. She has never even been cross-examined because gr8Dad always initiated the actions & then she didn't have to testify.

This time, she is charging him with 3 counts of contempt. She claims that he failed to produce the kids for visitation the last 2 weekends in Oct & the first weekend in Nov.

Of course, she forgot to mention that she hadn't shown up for pickup since early December, 2004. She also gave dates that were Sundays & her visitation is 3 hours on Saturdays. Oh yeah, and the weekends she chose were weekends that she was in jail from CS court.

Since she initiated this, she has to testify. gr8's lawyer says this time when he is through with her, if the word court even enters her mind, she will scream with pain.

The children's therapist will be testifying. He is reccommending that there be reunification counseling, progressing into Supervised visitation. Also, random drug testing, & a psych eval. Hopefully, that will tame her down for a while.
