HELP MY DAUGHTER IS GONE!!

MY WIFE LEFT FOR BLACKBURN, LANCS, ON BOXING DAY TO VISIST HER PARENTS AS SHE DOSE EVERY YEAR WITH MY 4 1/2 YR OLD DAUGHTER REBECCA WHO I ADORE THE VISIT WAS FOR 1 WEEK.
ON THE DAY THEY WERE DUE BACK MY WIFE PHONED ME AND TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT COMING BACK AND REBECCA HAD A SCHOOL SECRETLY ARRANGED BEFORE HAND AND STARTS IN 3 DAYS AND THAT THIS WAS VITAL FOR A COURT ORDER SHE WAS OBTAINING TO KEEP HER THERE.
WE ARE HARDLY SPEAKING NOW ON THE PHONE AND MY RELATIONSHIP WITH REBECCA IS OBVIOUSLY SUFFERING DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE DISTANCE INVOLVED AND TOTAL LACK OF CO-OPERATION FROM THE MOTHER AND THE DECIET INVOLVED!!

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY DAUGHTER BACK HOME IN WATFORD WHERE HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE????

I wish I could offer you some advice, but I'm just getting started on this myself.  I posted my story and got a ton of useful information just since last night.

I'm getting the impression that you're either in Canada or GB.  Do you have an atty. or barrister?  Are you currently going thru a divorce?  Have you contacted law enforcement to see if there's anything they can do??

Anyone else got any ideas for this distraught father???

First things first.

For the love of God, quit using all caps please!!!

Now, on to things that may help you.

1. Lose the emotion, its only going to hurt you if you react emotionally.

2. Retain a Barrister. Dont have much cash? find a way, its imperative in your case as you are already behind the 8ball in this.

3. File immediately,, tomorrow at the latest. Keep the legal battle in your "arena". Otherwise, you will be trying to travel where she is for court, pay an attrny and child support. Do not waste anymore time reading, go see an attnry in the morning and have it filed.

4. Begin reading everything here on this site. I do not know how much it will help you in canada, BUT it should lead you in the right directions.

5. Once you have completed all the above, come back here and post more to the story, then folks can offer more specific advise.
