The reasons appear nowhere staing why we did not obtain custody.  It all surrounds the mother getting help.  The girls spoke with the GAL and told him 1 week before court that they wanted to live with father.  She lost custody temporarily the day she failed the drug screen in court.  She had 2 1/2 months to get help and never did until the judge ORDERED it during the final hearing.  The judge did commend my husband verbally in court for bringing the mothers drug problem to light.  This will never make sense to me.....ever.  Thank you so much for your reply, I have been waiting......you are very kind.  Sincerely...Tracylee
