evaluation vent!

So this eval was supposed to be over in february - DH and I have been done since February and PBFH didnt finish until June 29 - and NOW she wont pay the evaluator the money she owes, and the report is hung up until she pays - yes we have asked our attorney if we should offer to pay, but she says no.  No, she is not a starving single mother - she drives a lexus and has a live in nanny. We had so hoped that SS would still be here for summer viz when the report is released because she is apt to have a very bad reaction in front of him if the report comes out favoraby for us as we suspect it will.


AAaaaahhhhh!!!!

oh yeah - our court date is august 31, so we will now have less than 30 days to prepare for trial...really nice. God help me if her blatant manipulations of courts, evaluators and SS go unnoticed by the powers that be.

Yes, and I ended up paying for the damn thing just so it could be released.

We had to get the judge to ORDER, HER ATTORNEY  to pay her half of the initial GAL fee, then after the GAL investigated we paid the rest of the fee just to get ours released too.

And ours was fighting because psychomommy was arguing for supervised visits.  The longer she stalled the more estranged DH and the kids became.

We won the battle but the war rages on!!

...so you are fighting for custody and still awaiting trial or did you get custody and the childs life is still a war zone??

we have a court order in place that says she must pay her half..this is all games and delay tactics. more of the same unfortunately

but didnt i read recently that you won custody of your kid(s)? I hope she is walking right into the throat of the beast with all of this crap, and that we get the outcome you did!

We won a little more than the standard eow placement, unsupervised.
But, After summer I will be a stay at home mom withmy 12 yr old son.

Psychomommy has perpetrated PAS, but the kids are seeing what mom says at our house isn't true.  In November it will be 2 yrs since our order.

We'll keep asking for more placement time until hopefully the boys are old enough to decide who they want to live with. OSS is 11.

The dingy psychomommy didn't ask for our family court commisioner to recuse himself, as she probably should have,  He was DH's divorce attorney and is pretty father friendly.
