This year was my turn to have our girls for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Our girls' dad is the primary residential parent.  Well, I have had our odd since Tues night as she was sick and couldn't go to school on Wed. and Ydd since Wed after school.

X had to stop by yesterday ( Christmas Eve )to drop off the girls' Advair as they wouldn't have enough til they went home at noon on the 28th.  He didn't even ask to see the girls' or to tell them Merry Christmas.

I  ydd called  him today to wish him a Merry Christmas. They weren't home, so she left a message.  He knew we were going to my Mom's as some other legal stuff happened where I could take them out there.

He didn't even call them there nor here to wish them a Merry Christmas.

We go to court on Jan. 3rd for parenting time and parenting plan.

I was just wondering if it would be helpful to point out that he didn't even call them on Christmas.

The girls' never did ask to call them back, as they knew they left a msg and assumed that their Father would call them back.

Thanks....

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!!

I don't think it will help much, as they can look at it as the other parent didn't want to disrupt the kids having their fun with said parent on the holiday.

Just because they didnt call the kids on xmas doesn't mean much in court, they could've said merry xmas prior to christmas.

We didn't have my stepkids this xmas and we didn't call them either as my husband sent them their presents and wished them a merry xmas in their card. DH didn't call because he didn't want to disrupt their xmas with mom.

It is one of many issue and certainly not a significant one.
