Is it possible to have a court date moved up?

BM and BM's lawyer have been tap dancing in court since June of 2004 trying to push back the court date.  On Jan. 27 they filed for court to be continued once again b/c BM was on worker's comp. and said she could not pay her remaining portion of the evaluation bill.  Until she pays her remaining portion of the bill the report will not be released.  The court date has now been pushed back again to April 14th.   Is there any way to get a sooner court date?
