Sounds like they're looking for custodial parents.  I fear, based on Kitten's experience, that Dr. Phil doesn't have the slightest clue as to the plight of the noncustodial parents.

How about a show on children already kidnapped, you know where they are, and with the help of the family court, you're not able to see them?  What's the difference?  Some children are victims of kidnap in their own home, although the court doesn't see it that way.
