duel physical residence ???

i am in a situation that i could use some help! i am on social security disabilty and my son get's monthy support too.we have joint custiy but she has physical custity ssn sends the check only to his physical residence. she keeps it all. i have my son about 43% of the time. with my medical bills eat up most of my allowance.she has pocketed about $15,000 tax free. i can't afford even a movie. she is very well off money wise but i am not. any help? i live in va.
