Desperate father needs advice

Does anyone here know anything about Family Law?
I was reading the family law resource book and it appears to me that you can't take a person's visitation away unless they have been CONVICTED of child abuse. My fiance was accused of child abuse by his ex wives and CPS but a Grand Jury No billed him which means they didn't believe it happened. But, his ex-wife is still trying to have his visitation set as supervised. Can this be done even if he wasn't convicted of child abuse? Please someone, anyone reply.

If he has no felonies, he should be okay. Get the paperwork and his being cleared by CPS.

Also, find a good Family Law attorney in your area.

He has no felonies. The Grand Jury No Billed him but CPS found reason to believe that it occured. They only questioned his son. They never questioned him or his withnesses that were there that night.
This is the order it goes in:
1. CPS found reason
2. Grand Jury No Billed (Dismissed it)
3. Social Worker gave bad report
So, who has more power? CPS or a Grand Jury?

I am not an attorney, but would think the Grand jury. It should now be a dead issue.

But with this CPS finding reason, that might be a problem. She might be able to use this in a different way.

Post this to Dear Soc, follow his mandated guide lines.

I would, by all means, start looking for a very good family law attorney. BM can cause a lot of headaches with this one.

That is where the problem comes in. I have spent so much money on an attorney for the case against my 13 year olds allegations that I now can't afford one for my case that involves my 4 year old twins.

Try posting Soc. He is much more knowledgeable. Might not need anything if the grand jury overrules CPS and she can no longer use this against you.

I am not sure and would not want to give your wrong advice.
