Parenting time specialst rant

Just to keep you guys up to date... my indefinate layoff lasted 2 weeks, but I am back to work on 2nd shift... With the exception of not having a job it's about the worst case senerio.... lol Now I can't get my daughter at all, because I am working.... 12 hr days at that. 3pm - 3am. Took a $3 paycut as well... Anyways


I filed a complaint with FOC regarding being denied my first right of refusal and the incompentant parenting time lady says she does not inforce that..... WHAT???
That would be under being denied parenting time which is your job to enforce. I think I need to file a complaint or something. I have had numerous issues with this woman not doing her job.

From changing shifts not being a legitimate change in circumstance to taking 4 months to complete her review to arguing about driving responsibilities.

She did decide with me in one specific case, which amazed me.

I don't know if it is possible to complain and get another parenting time specialist or not.
