both parties missing mediation

   I had a mediation meeting order by our judge and we both missed it. At that time we where back living together attempting to give her another chance, and I understood that the mediator would of suggested the custody issue been dismissed. I am actually glad considering our missed mediation has left the emergancy custody order in place; unless someone can explain it different to me. I want to be sure I do right thing next.  I understand the court may not be happy with both of us at this time.
