Yup, file for a restraining order on child not to be removed from county without court approval (even for vacations). If you are in the middle of hearings, did mom already tell the courts of her intention to move? Move-aways are harder and harder to get now, mom can move but child then stays with you. However, the child in an infant and judges still side with mom on this so if she is allowed to move:
1. She pays for travel or brings child to you for visits
2. Look for a good long distance visitation schedule and add that whenever you are in her state, you can have daughter for xx days in a row , staying with you in hotel.
3. Hard to change orders to look and get everything in these papers, what happens when child goes to school, school vacations, holidays, summer vacations, birthdays...

As far as I know she hasn't formally notified the court.

there's different schools of thought on this...  When you hear about it, some people will say "file and be first" to let the court know.

Other judges/attorneys want you to react vs. being proactive....

I find myself being proactive....but you gotta decide what's best for you and your child.
