declaration for custody

    Hi,


   I'm getting ready ti file my divorice papers. I don't have an attn. so
I'm going pro per. I'm trying to do the declaration on why I want custody
I'm not sure how to go about it. I know to just tell the truth but is there
any type of outline I could go off of something similier to the letters to
get school records. Which by the way worked well. I emailed some schools in the state my son's BM took him to. I not only found the school
he was in I found the school she already moved him to ( she's moved him three times since Sept.) I also found out her address which I'm going to need to serve her papers. I called his teacher today she
said I guess my sons mother didn't read our school handbook that we gave her to read and sign then return, I asked her why she said that.
She said because your son came to school with a pierced ear. I couldn.t believe it. He's five. Iv'e only talked to him on the phone twice since Oct.
I don't have a number for them. It's scary  with the PAS and her possible and very probable personality disorders. I fear for his well
being short and long term.  I miss him so much. It's sad
