Community group in Arizona to support discussing PAS in custody work

I am a psychologist in Arizona working to fight a bill currently in our legislature brought by the domestic violence coaliation.  Essentially, the coalition wants to mandate that custody evaluators receive annual training from their group.  Behind closed doors, they acknowledge it is so they can teach us that parents do not alienate their children.  They seem to believe that evaluators should not pay attention to alienating behaviors (e.g. false allegations of violence).  Admittedly, I am more in the middle, believing that alienating behaviors exist, but not necessarily as a syndrome.  Nonetheless, I don't think it is appropriate for any special interest group to be mandated as the one teacher to evaluators (if you're interested, in Arizona it is HB2348-you can view it online at the Arizona state legislature site).

Anyway, I am seeking out a community group in Arizona that would be interested in contacting the legislators to plead to oppose this bill.  I was wondering if you had any ideas of whom to contact in the area?

Else, I know Sanford Braver of ASU has been outspoken on PAS.  I don't have contact info for him, but should be easily found.
