School district?

OK...hoping for some general advice here:

I am seperated and pending divorce. We have 50/50 time agrement and I pay CS as per temp agreement. I have the house in agreement too.

Pre-K age child (our only) and school district has popped up. Child still goes to school in this district but SO wants to change the district to their new district.

How does the judge view this for the final decree? We have not discussed "custodial" parentship as we are 50/50. I do not want to move the child to a new district for obvious reasons.

If you have 50/50 and the child is already established in the school district,, its likely the judge will keep the child in that district.

One question,, the "SO",, is that your ex? Or her/his new partner?
