Unfortunately we have finally reached that point that we can no longer afford to maintain our legal counsel.  The timing couldn't have been worse in many ways.  BM is now out of prison.  Claiming her parents are no longer parties to the case.  Claiming SHE now has custody.  Stating that after saying we won 2 months ago that now she will fight and she wants mediation now.  The first time we tried she couldn't because she was in prison.  Stating she is refusing summer visitation because she is taking that issue back to court and wants visitation to now be supervised.  She's claimed our latest court date has been postponed though we have not been notified.
