First, thank you again for your advice to me for my requesting supervised visits.

I have won everything I was asking for (supervised visits and sole custody).

Why?  

Because my ex beat the crap out of his girlfriend on 11/21 and has been arrested for domestic assault and battery and resisting arrest.

Due to his long criminal history of DV arrests and this is the 2nd time for resisting arrest, he will eventually do prison time, again.

I am in shock over everything, but it's a victory for my son :)
