Just an update Soc

My motion for in forma pauperis status was granted last Thursday.

I wasn't able to attend the hearing though because I broke my arm last Tuesday and had to have surgery to insert screws and plates on Friday. The roads here are terrible, and I couldn't take all the jarring on my arm for 40 miles. I did call on Wednesday and explained the situation to the clerk, and was told it wasn't mandatory for me to attend.

That's one hurdle down.... and many more to go yet.
