I've read through a bunch of the posts both to and from you, and I'm not sure what to say. It seems like you honestly want some ideas/advice, but it also seems as though you've more or less already made up your mind.

All I can say is to put yourself in the other parent's place and to try and see the value in their relationship, even though you may not feel there is any.

One day you may look back on the path you chose and realize that what you did ultimately wasn't what's best for your daughter. I know it's hard to see now, and your ex seems like a contender for Loser Of The Year, but nonetheless he is that child's father and should have a place in her life.

Please remember that you and he are divorcing each other, not the child. Choose carefully;  it's your daughter that will have to live with the long-term consequences- not you.
