Some simple stuff

My old custody order addressed some pretty simple issues, that the new CO fails to address. Two examples:

A.Dad picks up kids from mom's house, mom picks up kids from dad's house. (Old order)

B. Mother has visitation on Mother's day. Father has visitation on Father's day. (Old order)

There are  several more issues not addressed...but I'll keep it simple.

Question:
1. Is the old custody order totally void, in light of the new order?
(In other words, do I just go along with the game and do all the driving to get the kids and take them back, and do I forget about seeing my kids on Mother's day?)

2. Nowhere in either CO is it addressed who is to do the exchanging. Does that mean, that I could send my sister to pick up my kids? As well, could I refuse to leave the kids if Dad isn't home at time of return?

Thanks in advance.

Anything in the old order, not expressly altered by the new order, remains valid and in force.

Great  ;-)   Thanks Soc, and thanks to my friend who pointed this out to me, because I wasn't aware of this!

That still makes me wonder about Mother's Day tho....
