Has anyone heard or seen anything in regards to the attached information?  There was a spot during our local news about it last night, but I missed the information.

It's AAAAALL about money. I wonder if the federal government had this in mind when it enacted the legislation that made these state government "super collection agencies" possible?

Yeah and my dh is going to really get screwed!!  He has two cases, one he's the obligor and one he's the obligee.  In the first case, his 2nd ex is on public assistance so who are they going to make pay?  In the second case, he applied for cs enforcement because his 1st ex refused to pay otherwise.

'Cause, HEY!  The cs is for the kids needs, right?  Guess not anymore!
