Attorney help in California

Hello -

My husband has been pursuing visitation, phone contact, etc. for over a year.  His exwife choose not to send his son to visit over the summer, despite us buying the plane ticket.  Phone calls also continue to be an issue - they don't anwser the phone and the child does not call as agreed upon at the last hearing in Feb.  His attorney promised to file contempt/modification in August, when her attorney returns from vacation and has not.  Each time he calls, she does not respond.  His phone appointments have been consistently rescheduled and she does not return email.  At this point, we are thinking he needs a new attorney?  Can anyone recommend one for Solano County, CA who is strong with father's rights, visitation and medical issues?
